I cannot say enough about the outstanding job that TJ and her board have done with
Chapter 45. The two programs so far have been extremely well attended, with
Wednesday’s meeting on BIM (Building Information Modeling) packing a 100 capacity
room! I am always greeted by members of the board, they have a keen interest in having
a quality chapter here in Seattle. There are business card drawings, pre-printed receipts,
plenty of time to socialize before and after the meeting, especially being punctual on time
requirements for the program and the speakers.
I have cc’d everyone originally on the list because I simply just cannot say enough, and
give enough praise to TJ and to the other hard workers who are making this happen!

I want to be one of the first to offer my congratulations to TJ and
the chapter officers for providing a well organized and great dinner meeting!
Way to go TJ- although I'm not surprised as these are the qualities
I've seen in you since you showed up in my UW estimating class and
took charge of your team and assignments! Nevertheless good job all
around by all as everyone posses the same high quality standards and shared
vision.
National ASPE should be more than satisfied with the efforts and
results this group has achieved is such short period of time. That's
not a self pat on the back, but reality.
As far as I can see it should be a lot more of the same for the future. With all of us
networking to increase membership the chapter should expect significant growth.
Let's keep up the momentum!

Chris, I know you said you expected good things from Chapter 45 and it looks like you were
right. I can feel the enthusiasm and pride in Tom Cole's email and it goes a long way in

I was there last night and it was well organized and run. TJ and her team have a lot
of momentum with this chapter and I see a lot of success going forward. The only
problem I see is finding a facility large enough to handle this chapter’s functions in
two years.
