Effective January 1, 2008, City of Vancouver, Washington projects can be accessed by potential bidders, including general contractors, subcontractors and vendors, free of charge under Chapter 45's "Project Opportunities" tab. 

This benefit is the result of a competitively bid and won RFP issued to Builders Exchange of Washington, Inc. (bxwa.com) by the City of Vancouver, Washington. 

Vancouver joins a rapidly growing list of  325 general contractors, 35 cities, 6 counties,  5 port authorities,  22 school districts, and 6 universities, plus numerous other public agencies that provide bidders with free access to thousands of project opportunities.
