Bryna has been involved in every facet of Gibson Door and Millwork, Inc. since its inception.  She ensures customer satisfaction by providing superior customer service and taking the very best personal care of her customers.  She has estimated for over 20 years.  She is a WBE certified in Washington and Oregon.  She has been a member of ASPE for over 10 years.  Her passion is for helping to develop a good workforce in the industry. 

She served as President of the Oregon Columbia Chapter of ASPE for 2 consecutive years and Past President for 2 consecutive years. Mentor for the Port of Portland Mentor Protégé Program.   She Mentored an Excavation company for 3 yrs.  In the 2nd year of mentoring a Flooring company.  (Also Bryna is a Graduate of the three year program herself.) She serves on the Board of Directors for the Port of Portland Mentor/Protégé Program. She serves on the Board of Directors for AGC Oregon Columbia Chapter. She is Chair of the Specialty Contractors Committee for AGE Oregon Columbia Chapter.  (Last 3 years). She served as a Regional Director of the NW Region of ASPE from 2003 – 2005. She has put together 5 to 6 Educational programs a year for other Sub-Contractors in Oregon for AGC. She serves on the National Workforce Development Committee for AGC  of America.
