David Gray is a recent addition to Skanska USA as a Senior Estimator.  David’s current expertise lends itself to the concrete and steel construction methods and cost analysis.  This seems a natural progression from Project Management with Hensel Phelps Construction, a national company diverse in all areas of construction.  That experience allowed David to work in several states and finally land in Washington—still a fair way from his native Texas.

As treasurer and chair of the finance committee, David is responsible for budget preparation and reporting to National as well as directing the finance committee and promoting chapter activities involving fundraising.
