Jim brings to the position more than twenty years experience in advertising, public relations, sales, sales management, and marketing.  Jim and his wife Jean live on Bainbridge Island with their 14 year old twin boys. Almost a decade ago, Jim moved into information technology and has sold to and managed Fortune 50 accounts as well as small-to-mid-sized companies.  

Jim began his career in advertising and public relations.  He moved into sales and has many years of experience in residential new construction. As a consultant and sales manager, Jim has also worked with commission-only sales teams in helping them achieve their sales goals through the development of specific sales strategies and marketing tools.
