This two-night workshop will focus on the various elements of an estimate and the importance of a complete estimate document as a tool for managing a construction budget.  The first night will focus on creating the estimate, while the second night will focus on bidding strategies for different types of bids (private vs public sector) and how the estimate is managed relative to different bid opportunities.
