The American Society of Professional Estimators, Chapter 45, reviews applications for membership of qualified individuals in the Puget Sound area. An application for membership is included on this site for printing and submission for Board review. This file includes information on different membership classifications and associated annual dues.

Annual Dues & Fees:
Membership rates are the same for all
classifications except students.*
National Dues are payable at registration
and annually each July.
New members joining after month of May
will be discounted 50 % of National Dues
payable in July of same calendar year.

*Special discounted rates for students.

Estimator Practices Estimating in a construction discipline with 5  + Yrs. Experience.
Associate Estimator Practices Estimating in a construction discipline with less than 5 yrs experience.
Constructor A construction professional, experienced in one or more construction disciplines with 5 + Yrs Experience.
Associate Constructor A construction professional  with less than 5 yrs experience.
Affiliate Professional in a construction related field. (Not eligible  to vote or hold Board positions.)
Fellow Long standing member  with several years active service to the Chapter, retired from the construction industry.
Student Full time student* in a Construction related field.
* Student Dues *$9.00  National Dues.  Students must  be sponsored by the Chapter, essentially waiving the $60 Chapter fee.  National  1-time  Admin. fee applies.  Program cost discount $5.00 less than advertised.
